2011 ovens and one size
611 oven were set up and supervised by the
RETIGO Service Center team from Germany and Austria in the main kitchen as well
as in numerous smaller kitchens located on the forum area.
Mirko Reeh, a
well known chef from German TV, pampered the forum's visitors with cuisine of
the highest quality;for example, Norwegian salmon fillet with pesto cream
and veal fillet medallions on lemongrass curry were part of the lunch menu.
German sales representative Heiko Götz amazed the 80 chefs in the forum's
kitchen by demonstrating the variety of possibilities that RETIGO Vision
combisteamers offer.
More than 50,000 meals were served in the main
restaurant areas alone and German cuisine was also enjoyed by the participants,
especially Thüringer sausages with sauerkraut in the forum's summer café. The
International Economic Forum's visitors, including Russia's president Medwedew,
had nothing but the highest praise for the food, the kitchen staff and the over
1900 people, whose efforts catering this event helped to make it a spectacular
success.
