RETIGO Cook Service

20/07/10 - The RETIGO company considers its main goal to provide its customers not only with a high-quality product, but also to offer them appropriate service. That is to say both the technical and cookery assistance. The cookery assistance consists mainly of the user's training for our products at the customer's place; other additional services are also possible.
Order of cookery training
  • it is necessary to send the order in in written form to the RETIGO Company via e-mail address chef@retigo.com. It will soon be possible to order the training through a form on our website www.retigo.com.
  • make sure there is obligatory contact information – customer’s name, address, phone number (cell phone no.), e-mail address.
  • in case of training that is bound to be financially endowed in some way (e.g. sales campaign, exhibition campaign, other arrangement), we ask for letting us know about this fact in the order. It may happen otherwise that the invoice will be issued with the usual price.
  • feel free to ask for a particular date and time of the training. It is inevitable anyway to arrange the meeting with the training cook who is in order confirmation. The cook will contact you after receiving the order.
  • we ask you to prepare the service book (it shall be included in the machine package).
