What is Retigo baking oven ...

The continuously rising demands for the quality of products do not even keep away the tradition field like the pastry production. These demands concern the equipment of relevant operations. Hot air bake and confectionary ovens RETIGO find a broad use in both pastry production made of fresh dough and in supermarkets, petrol stations, in hotels, restaurants and anywhere where there arises the need to prepare fresh dough of half-finished products. RETIGO found its place also in confectionary production while baking lump products, corpus, birthday cakes.

Touch and Bake

Panel Peceit is possible to save individual programs at 12 buttons. The transparency of buttons is amplified by the fact that a part of the supply are 24 various stickers with the illustration of individual agents for a relevant group of baking products and confectionary products. You can place these pictograms according to your needs on particular buttons.

Advantages

Every final user working with RETIGO convection oven expects the final product to be baked quickly and equally. Due to the bi-directional fan even baking is guaranteed. The electronic control enables any user to enter required baking parameters such as temperature, time, or humidity and save them for a future use. If needed, precise amount of moisture can be added into the baking chamber while oven in use. In addition, a special baking program for frozen products is included in every RETIGO convection oven.

Sizes

RETIGO produces convection ovens of two sizes: HP 5 (5 trays 400 x 600mm) and HP 8 (8 trays 400 x 600mm). The baking area for HP 5 is 1,2 m2 and 1,92 m2 for HP 8. Any RETIGO convection oven can be placed either on a stand or on a RETIGO proofer.
