Frozen pastry
Put pastry on a greased enamelled container, brush them with mixed eggs and insert them into the preheated RETIGO steam convection oven.
Choose hot air, 210 °C, 10 minutes + the second phase, 195°C, combination, moisture 20%, 5 minutes.
