Salmon steak with "baby" carrots, broccoli and fried potatoes
Put seasoned salmon steaks on grill and insert them into the preheated Retigo convection oven that is set to 160°C, combination, 30% moisture for 6 minutes + the second phase, hot air, 210°C for 9 minutes.
Boil vegetables in steam, 99°C for 10 - 15 minutes and fry sliced potatoes at 230 °C for 10 minutes. Serve salmon steaks along with vegetables and fried potatoes.
