We can prepare it in two ways:
1. "Á la minute" - meat has to be prepared and packed. Put it in the preheated Retigo convection oven that is set to 210°C, hot air for 10 minutes.
2. Using "school catering" technology - put it into the preheated Retigo convection oven set to 140°C, combination, moisture 60% for 30 minutes.
