Boiled seafood with "baby" carrots, romanesco vegetable and sliced potatoes
Put frozen seafood on a stainless steel container, sprinkle them with a fish stock and insert them into the preheated Retigo convection oven that is set to 99°C, steam for 15 minutes.
Cook the seafood, baby carrots, romanesco vegetables and sliced potatoes at the same time. Vegetables can be seasoned. Serve seafood with vegetables and potatoes. Grace goes at the end.
