We are celebrating big Birthday!
Time flies at lightning speed, so it may seem unbelievable to many that this year we're celebrating a big Birthday!
This year marks 30 years since the production of the very first Retigo combi oven began. The steam combi oven that started writing history was assembled in 1993, at that time it had a capacity for 150 meals and was used in a hotel school in Frenstat pod Radhostem (CZ), which was a really great achievement. The students who could become its users in the future got to know the modern equipment. The money from the sale of the machine was then used for the development and production of four more combi ovens, and little by little Retigo began to develop and the RETIGO s.r.o. company itself was created only a year later.
Over time, the convection ovens in the hotel school were replaced by new generations, but the very first one has survived and is now displayed in the company's exhibition.
