POTATO PANCAKES WITH CHORIZO
500g baking potatoes
1 garlic clove
Salt, pepper, fresh oregano
Peel the potatoes, grate them and add an egg, salt, pepper, fresh chopped oregano, pressed garlic and chopped chorizo.
Preheat Retigo combi oven to 180°C using the Hot air mode.
Set the temperature to 165°C using the Hot air mode for 10 minutes.
Grease the moulds with vegetable oil or clarified butter and fill with 2 spoons of the potato mixture.
