In connection with the COVID-19 illness, government regulations, the extraordinary measures by the Ministry of Health and the fast spread of the viral infection around the world, we wish to provide you with some brief but practical information:

• In the interest of protecting employees, customers, and the public, we are canceling all training and presentations, but we are searching for a substitute solution.
• For receiving materials and for dispatches, heightened safety measures apply with the goal of limiting contact between drivers and employees. If you use a carrier, please inform them.
• Retigo’s purchasing department is actively securing the most essential components for production and service.
• We have no information as to whether any of our suppliers have closed production. Some of them, however, are facing unprecedentedly high demand.
• Production capacity is slightly affected for the time being.
• Retigo has over 100 combi ovens in stock, and it is therefore up to business partners whether to replenish their stock.
• Retigo employees are not to travel until further notice. They will use remote communication tools.
• Some employees will work from home as necessary and agreed.
• Employees returning from a government-designated high-risk country as of the given date will observe quarantine.
• We have canceled all visits from abroad.
• As of today (16. 03. 2020), no Retigo employee has been determined to have the coronavirus.
