SHORTBREAD

A new delicious recipe from our chef Jaroslav. Let's bake!


INGREDIENTS:

For 50 pieces

300 g self-raising flour

1 tsp cornflour

200 g unsalted butter

100 g caster sugar

 

METHOD:

1. Sieve self-raising flour + cornflour.

2. Add sugar.

3. Rub in butter.

4. Refrigerate.

5. Roll out and cut into discs.

6. Prick the discs with a fork.

7. Place onto an enameled GN container and bake for 15 minutes on hot air mode at 120°C.
