Stylish Jannie's coffee house located in the renovated multifunctional house Brillovka in the centre of Rožnov pod Radhoštěm offers a wide range of desserts from its own pastry production, breakfast menu, snacks and soups. An indispensable helper in the kitchen is the DeliMaster bakery oven.

How do you use the DeliMaster in your operation?

► We use it for practically everything. Cake shells are beautifully fluffy in it. It is great for baking egg white dough, so we make meringues and macaroons in it. We also bake cheesecakes, yeast buns, cakes, batter, and we've tried croissants.

If you compare the experience "before DeliMaster" and now, what do you see as the biggest difference?

► We used to bake macaroons in a hot oven and the result was not so good. They were dull and didn't have a "skirt". In the DeliMaster they are absolutely perfect, they hold their colour and are nice and shiny.

The meringues do not crack. The cheesecakes don't crack either. When we take them out of the DeliMaster, they're beautifully smooth. We used to have them crack when they came out of the hot oven and they didn't look nice after being covered in gelatin.

What feature do you appreciate the most?

► Since we really use the oven to the max every day, we appreciate that we can set the most ideal baking time, which we already know from experience, and then the oven will alert us. We don't have to keep an eye on anything. 

Would you recommend DeliMaster to other establishments?

► Definitely yes. If we could, we would get one for our home.
